NYAJ Mustard Crusted Chicken |
INGREDIENTS |
¾ cup Smooth Dijon Mustard
¾ cup Grain Mustard
¼ cup Oil
2 tbsp Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ tbsp Kosher Salt
½ tbsp Black Pepper
2lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs |
METHOD |
Whip mustards, oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt and pepper in a clean large mixing bowl. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for 24 hours before using. Once marinated, coat each chicken breast liberally with panko bread crumbs. Let breaded chicken sit overnight so crumbs become absorbed into chicken.
Brown chicken breast in a sauté pan until golden brown on one side.
Turn over and cook on the other side until golden brown. ***Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees for 15 seconds. |
