Perfect Pumpkin Pie |
INGREDIENTS |
1 15oz. can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 9-inch prepared, unbaked pie crust

METHOD |
1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Whisk pumpkin, consensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt until smooth.
2. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 F, and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. |
NOTE |
Refrigerate leftovers.
Best to use deep dish pie pan. |
